Refurb Welcome Lounge

Welcome Lounge

Our new Welcome Lounge will give our guests the entrance they deserve! With self-service check-in pods, guests can take the hassle out of arrival, or our Reception team will be on hand to welcome you with a smile. The impressive check-in island will house a jet engine developed by Loughborough University engineers to show off our proud connection to the university.

Refurb Restaurant

Fifty The Street

Our fabulous new 140-cover restaurant will be situated in one half of the current courtyard space and will "spill out" into a lovely indoor/outdoor experience. Why "Fifty The Street"? It will be located at the top of the corridor we call the street and will serve a 50% plant-based menu in line with our sustainability goals.

Refurb New 250 Cab

New conference space - 250 cap cabaret

This space is our old restaurant which is being completely refurbished into a brand new 250 cap cabaret space. Perfect for large plenaries, conference sessions or gala dinners, it will have multiple screens around the room ensuring delegates are always engaged and connected...

Refurb Collaborative Working

Business Lounge

New shared working space for more informal team huddles or one-on-one time.

Refurb The Snug

The Snug

Brand new intimate space that's perfect for small breakout groups or workshops.

Refurb Thingamijig

Thingamajig room

Brand new meeting space. Set up as boardroom, perfect for small meetings, strategy sessions etc. Fondly named after a valuable measuring device (on display in the room) invented by a Loughborough Professor who, when reminded by his phD student that he ought to register a patent, decried "just call it the thingamajig".
