  • As part of Loughborough University, our IT systems, websites and personnel system are managed securely by University colleagues. We also share essential data with University colleagues in order to deliver events hosted on campus eg. rooming lists, function sheets etc.

We cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of any third party platforms. Opt in to receive our emails

We are working towards a 100% permission based email program though have historically acquired business data from external sources such as Target Response. You can update your subscription preferences at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of emails and web forms. Every edition of a newsletter contains a clearly marked unsubscribe link so you may request to be permanently removed from future mailings.

Easily opt out of emails

Each email sent from our email marketing platform has a clear unsubscribe link which will immediately remove you from any or all of our mailings as you specify.

We won't share your information

We will not sell, rent, trade or give away any user's personal information or email lists to third parties outside of Loughborough University, without first obtaining your consent.
